Stephen brings more than 20 years of contracting experience to every project, with the last four years focused specifically on fence installation. That background matters. Fencing in Northern Indiana isn't about materials and post holes — it's about frost depth, soil, and engineering a fence that's still straight a decade later.


We started this company because we kept seeing the same story play out across Warsaw: homeowners hiring the lowest bidder, watching their fence lean within two winters, and paying twice to fix what should have been done right the first time. We knew we could do better — and we built Alpha & Omega to prove it.

Engineer Every Post

Every post we set goes 36 inches or deeper, locked in high-PSI concrete, driven below Indiana's frost line. The budget contractors set posts 18 to 24 inches. Those fences fail. Ours don't.

Know the Land

Warsaw's soil type, Lake Wawasee's DNR shoreline setbacks, Kosciusko County's rural lot parcels - each site is different, and we install accordingly. Local knowledge isn't a marketing line for us. It's how we avoid callbacks.

Show Up and Finish

A typical residential fence installation - from start to cleanup - takes us three days. We don't start your project and disappear for a week. We show up, work through, and leave your property clean.
